This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the current state of motivation in a selected company. The literature search will explain the basic concepts associated with this issue. In the analytical part, the company will be introduced and data collection will take place through internal materials and structured interviews. Based on this information, the motivation system will be analyzed, employee satisfaction and loyalty will be examined, and proposals will be proposed to improve the existing motivation system, retain existing employees, increase their satisfaction and reduce turnover costs.

Závěr první části je věnován modelu Net Promoter Score, programu, který je také použit k vypracování samotné analýzy součastné spokojenosti a loajality zákazníků. Výsledky z této analýzy spolu s pozorováním, které autor v podniku provedl, slouží v závěrečné části práce k návrhům, které by měly mít za následek zvýšení počtu loajálních zákazníků této společnosti.

The thesis deals with the analysis of customer satisfaction of the internet shop Nejbaby, s. r. o. The first part explains the theoretical concepts associated with the chosen theme. The second part is devoted to analyses of the external and internal surroundings of the selected enterprise and also includes a marketing research containing data collected via customised questionnaire. Based on the questionnaire assessment, proposals are presented in the last section, aiming to increased customer satisfaction.

In the first part the theoretical basis is elaborated, which is necessary for the correct creation of the loyalty program. The analytical part consists of an analysis of available and functioning loyalty programs. Further analysis of competitive programs and the whole business. The practical part includes the creation of a specific loyalty program for the company.

This thesis deals with problematics of customer satisfaction in company OKAY electronics. The whole research and final asking were done in Brno, in two selected shops of the company. The work connects theoretical knowledge, from the field of satisfaction research, with the practical part made by asking customers personally. From those surveys the final conclusions and recommendations are made. Based on the conclusions from questionnaire result, some areas were defined, which should be improved by workers of company OKAY.

Fair remuneration in labour relations This diploma thesis deals with the issue of fair remuneration in labour relations. It focuses in particular on the issue of equal remuneration, as this is an area that is currently coming to the fore both in terms of new legislative activity in the Czech Republic and the European Union, and in terms of some of the jurisprudential conclusions reached by the courts of the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is a comprehensive assessment of the current state of the matter in theory and practice and an outline of possible solutions to current problematic issues. The thesis consists of four chapters, the first of which deals with the topic in the most general terms, i.e. from the perspective of fair remuneration as a general principle. It analyses its meaning and content, and its relationship with other legal principles such as the principle of equality and the principle of equal treatment and non-discrimination. The second chapter provides a comprehensive overview of the legal framework for fair remuneration, from the relevant international conventions to specific national legislation, and looks in more detail at current issues in the legislation, particularly in relation to the new EU directive on transparency in pay.
